We recommend the following treatment plan for the best results:

• 
  Weeks 1–4: 3 treatments per week
• 
  Weeks 5–7: 2 treatments per week
• 
  From week 8 onward: 1–2 treatments per month as needed for long-lasting results

During the first few weeks, go over each area three times, but don’t treat the same spot three times in a row. Instead, flash the entire area once, then repeat the process two more times. Also, take breaks for yourself and the device.

Always use the device at the highest setting your skin can tolerate.

1. Remove the hair from the areas of your body you want to treat.
   
   
2. Connect the power cable to the IPL device (it must remain plugged in throughout the entire treatment). The IPL device has no battery.
   
   
3. Turn on the IPL device using the power button and select the appropriate intensity setting. We recommend starting at a lower setting. You’ll find a clear chart showing the right intensity setting in the manual.
   
   
4. Then simply place the glass window against the area and flash.
   
   
5. Hair doesn’t always grow back at the same time. That’s why you’ll often need to use the IPL device according to the treatment plan above at first. This will help you achieve smooth skin in the long term and ensure that you target every hair.
   
   
6. You can activate Auto Mode by holding down the flash button for about 3 seconds. Then all you need to do is move the device over your skin, and the IPL will flash automatically—ideal for larger areas.
